Services

I provide therapy to adults and couples. My counseling practice is broad in scope, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, relationship problems and post-traumatic stress. I also provide coaching and psycho-education related to communication, parenting skills, intimacy / sexuality and stress management. View a list of issues with which I can help.

I am premarily providing telehealth services with limited in person sessions upon request, and depending on availabilty. Please be assured that telehealth is generally considered to be equally effective to in person sessions.

Fees / Insurance

Counseling fees are based on your insurance company's allowed amount. My private pay fee is $155 for individual sessions and $165 for couples sessions. While I am moving toward private pay, I'm still a preferred provider with a few health insurance plans (see list below). It is important to know your mental health benefits as they are different from plan to plan. Speaking directly with your member services insurance representative is the best way to verify this information. This number is usually found on the back of your insurance card.

TELEHEALTH IS COVERED BY MOST INSURANCE PLANS

Please come to our first visit knowing your copay or coinsurance amount and deductible amount if applicable. Billing your insurance carrier is included in the service I provide. Co-pays, co-insurance fees or private pay fees are collected at the time of service.

Availability

Client hours are Monday - Friday from 10:00 - 3:00. In person visits may be an option depending on availability. Please contact me to schedule an appointment.

Cancellation Policy

If a therapy appointment is missed or canceled with less than 48 hours notice,  2 full business days, you will be billed directly for the session. Health plans do not cover late cancels or missed appointments, therefore you are responsible for the full private pay fee.
